professional work practices , thorough Health and Safety Policy and dedicated and friendly staff . Founded

independently by Wayne Smith and Harold Smith , the business has grown from a small venture into a

successful enterprise .

As General Contractors , SMITH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED handles all aspects of renovation and demolition .

Asbestos Abatement has been our Specialty for over 20 YEARS . Currently , our employee resources consist

of 2 Project Managers , 4 Superintendents , 7 Foremen and an average of 30 Labourers . All employees

receive regular formal training , which includes Certification in Asbestos Supervising for our Superintendents

and Foremen as well as Asbestos Awareness Training for all Labourers .

Since our founding , we have established and maintained strong relationships with Consultants , Architects

and Ministry of Labour personnel . Our enthusiastic work ethic translates into a successful , responsible

business . Our Assets include Liability Insurance worth 5 MILLION DOLLARS from a Pollution Rider

endorsement and Ministry of the Environment approval for a Waste Management System .

We have completed THOUSANDS of ASBESTOS ABATEMENT PROJECTS in a safe , efficient and productive manner

during our extensive industry involvement . Our Company keeps on the cutting edge with active participation

in EACO ( Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario ) , OGCA ( Ontario General Contractors Association ) ,

GVCA ( Grand Valley Construction Association ) and LDCA ( London District Construction Association ) .
